1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Contributor / Freelancer Obligations (NDA)

If you are registered as a Contributor (Expert/Freelancer) on the YantraQ AI network, you agree to the following confidentiality and operational terms:

• Strict Confidentiality: All AI prompts, datasets, code snippets, and proprietary models evaluated by you are strictly confidential. You may not copy, screenshot, or distribute this data.
• Quality Assurance: You agree to provide accurate, unbiased, and high-fidelity annotations. Submitting synthetic, automated, or artificially generated responses (e.g., using ChatGPT to complete tasks) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights pertaining to the data you annotate or generate during tasks immediately transfer to YantraQ AI and our respective enterprise clients.

3. Enterprise Client Terms

For B2B clients utilizing our data infrastructure:

• We guarantee rigorous data structuring and compliance, but the final integration of the datasets into your Foundation Models is executed at your own discretion.
• Custom Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) signed offline supersede the general terms listed on this page.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall YantraQ AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
